I offer stress management & self care events based on mindfulness and coaching.  Mindfulness is simply being fully present with what is happening NOW in this moment. This is easier said than done due to life's various distractions & pressures.  I will show you how to break it down into simple & sustainable actions so that you too can live more mindfully and start being fully present for yourself & your own life!
